I received a damaged product. How do I get a refund/exchange?

We are always willing to help customers when it comes to damaged products. Customers must report claims/returns within 30 days since their purchase. Please e-mail us at kmcollectible@gmail.com to help you out. 

What's your processing and time?

We have a 1 business day order processing time. Then shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We use UPS/USPS for USA orders. For Canada, we use Canpar and UPS.

Do you have minimums?

Yes, we have a $25 minimum for all of our orders.

Do you offer private labelling?

We don't offer private labelling.
